The room was clean and the service exceeded expectations. The environment was quiet and comfortable, though facilities could be improved. Great location for a solo traveler. Since I arrived at Phoenix Airport late at night, I was looking for a hotel with airport shuttle service. I was glad I could call the front desk from the arrival lobby to arrange a shuttle and check in safely. The front desk staff were kind, the room was clean, and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you.
